Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years of experience. I work with a wide range of issues including depression, stress, anxiety, bereavement, relationships, work-life balance, finding meaning and purpose & more.

I'm here to help, and I provide a safe, caring environment where we can explore and gain insight into those issues that may be getting in the way of a more rewarding, satisfying life. To do this, we will work together to create more effective coping and life strategies.

My approach to therapy

My approach to psychotherapy is a mixture of insight into issues, their source and corresponding responses that are no longer adaptive. We work to become increasingly aware of these responses, how they shape our reality and learn to replace them with effective coping, thinking and behavioral strategies.

What you can expect from me

My clients learn to recognize their triggers, unproductive thoughts and emotions which hold them back. They learn how to tell healthy from unhealthy emotional responses. They become better at recognizing and later preventing themselves from engaging in unproductive and out dated responses. With this knowledge in hand clients can develop greater self-understanding, and be in a better position to assess life situations as well as those things that give greater meaning and purpose to life. .
