Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience, I’ve found deep fulfillment in supporting clients through life’s challenges. My goal is to help you feel empowered, build self-esteem, and make confident, meaningful decisions. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where growth and healing take place.

My approach to therapy

I take the time to understand your goals, what’s been challenging, and what you’ve already tried. From there, I offer guidance using proven methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on changing unhelpful thought patterns, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which helps balance emotions and build coping skills. I also draw from supportive approaches to help you reconnect with your sense of self and move forward with intention.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave our sessions feeling supported, understood, and more at ease. I offer a steady presence—someone to talk through challenges with, reflect on progress, and celebrate the wins, both big and small. Therapy with me is a shared process, and you’ll never feel like you’re doing it alone.
