Great to meet you!

I am Licensed Certified Social Worker and bring over 22 years of professional experience to the therapy process. I help adults, families, children and adolescents with a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and relationship and family stress.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in a flexible approach to therapy, where the process of therapy unfolds naturally. I incorporate EFT ("Tapping") to help process emotional challenges keeping clients stuck. Polyvagal theory, which focuses on understanding our nervous systems is foundation of my work. I gently and respectfully challenge a client to shift stuck perspectives and mindsets that impede the change they desire.

What you can expect from our first session

As a client, you can expect to leave sessions with me feeling validated, respected and seen for the unique person you are and the needs you have. I am an engaged practitioner, who actively participates in sessions and provides ongoing feedback during sessions.
