I consider myself to be a down to earth person, who enjoys the simplicities of life. My interests entail spending valuable time with family and friends, traveling to places that allow me to enjoy nature, and doing my part to contribute to the betterment of this world. Traveling and living abroad for the greater part of my life contributes to my appreciation for diversity. I enjoy immersing myself in diverse perspectives, cultures, people, and life journeys.

As a therapist, I consider it an honor for me to accompany you through a challenge, in a non-judgmental and empathetic environment. It takes courage to intentionally seek your own truth, to become self aware, and to gain insight that enables you to live a more fulfilling life. My goal is to be there to support and empower you through that journey.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with the State of Texas. I enjoy working with a wide population including, but not limited to, adolescents, young adults, adults, and individuals.

I use an eclectic approach to counseling, which most frequently consists of Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR, trained) Therapy.
