Great to meet you!

I’m glad you’re here. Life can feel heavy sometimes, and you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.

I work with adults of all genders who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and major life changes. Maybe you’re constantly overthinking, having a hard time setting boundaries, carrying things from your past, or simply feeling stuck and ready for something to change.

Therapy with me is a space where you can show up as you are without judgment or pressure to have all the answers. Together, we’ll work on understanding what’s holding you back, building confidence, developing healthier ways to cope, and helping you feel more like yourself again.

You deserve to feel heard, supported, and hopeful about what comes next.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should feel like a space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and talk openly without judgment. Our work together will be supportive but also intentional—we’ll look at what’s been weighing on you, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools to help you move forward.

I bring warmth, honesty, and compassion into each session while meeting you where you are. My goal is for you to leave therapy not only feeling understood, but also more confident and equipped to handle life outside of our sessions.

I provide inclusive, culturally responsive care and offer 100% virtual therapy for clients in Florida and Massachusetts.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been going on in your life, and what you hope to get from our time together. There’s no pressure to share everything at once; we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

Most importantly, please leave that first session feeling heard, comfortable, and hopeful about moving forward. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin; just come as you are.
