My style is warm, direct, and down to earth. I work collaboratively with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I integrate psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, attachment-based, and interpersonal approaches to help clients gain insight and develop healthier coping strategies. I balance support with thoughtful guidance, helping clients feel understood while encouraging meaningful growth. Together, we will work toward reducing symptoms and creating a more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling life.
