I hold a Master in Mental Health Counseling, a Master In Teaching In Special Education, and an MBA. In addition, I am Licensed as a Professional Counselor Supervisor , Licesned Susbtance Abuse Counselor and BSFT Clincial Supervisor

My approach to therapy

I utilize a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness techniques, and Brief Strategic Family Therapy "BSFT".This allows us to address not only the symptoms but also the underlying causes of your challenges. My goal is to help you develop practical strategies for managing stress, anxiety, depression,and other issues you might be facing.
