Great to meet you!

I grew up in a community where it was taboo to mention seeing a therapist. However, as I got older, I saw friends and even myself struggle in navigating their mental health needs. Thankfully, individuals in my life noticed my compassionate heart, love for people, and empathetic spirit and empowered me to pursue a career in helping others. Now, I get to live out my dream every day!

My approach to therapy

I enjoy helping my clients navigate whatever they need at the moment. I will get to know you as a person and seek to build strong rapport so the session is a comfortable place for you. I offer a holistic approach but enjoy focusing on helping you identify more positive thinking so your improved behaviors can lead to healthier and happier living!

What you can expect from me

I am so proud of clients during the first session because I know the courage it takes to ask for help. I would love to learn what brings my client to therapy and what they broadly desire to achieve. I will also discuss my counseling approach and answer any questions the client may have for me.
