Great to meet you!

I work with kids, teens, adults, couples, and families, and I’m especially drawn to people dealing with anxiety, depression, big life changes, relationship or family stress, self‐esteem concerns, and co‐occurring challenges. I bring in both practical tools and, when it fits, creative and expressive approaches to help you make sense of what you’re going through. Together, we’ll create a thoughtful, collaborative space that supports real growth and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen and accepted as you are. My style is warm, relational, and nonjudgmental, and I’ll also gently point out patterns that might be keeping you stuck. We can use talk therapy, art, or a mix of both—especially when words alone don’t quite capture what you’re feeling. I tailor what we do to your unique needs, balancing compassion with honest feedback to support lasting change

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I focus on getting to know you and what’s bringing you to therapy now. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you hope will feel different, and what you want from our work together. I’m also curious about your strengths, interests, and what makes you you. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable opening up and beginning a therapeutic relationship that feels supportive, safe, and meaningful.
