Great to meet you!

Dr. Bayo Owens, DNP, PMHNP-BC,

As a board-certified psychiatric Mental Health practitioner, I believe that mental wellness is the foundation of a fulfilling life. I'm committed to providing personalized care that supports emotional, psychological, and behavioral well-being. I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. I’ve been practicing for 4 years. My focus group is from ages 17 to 80 with conditions such as ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar disorder, Insomnia, PTSD, OCD, Schizoaffective disorder, Schizophrenia, and other mental illnesses.

My approach to therapy

Making sure the client is comfortable. Open communication, and I remain a good listener. Then, initiate the mental health assessment. Applying evidence-based practice to arrive at a proper diagnosis, treatment plan, and follow-up psychiatric appointments.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable. The process may vary depending on individual circumstances.
