Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist, my work centers queer and transgender preteens, teens, and adults, as well as individuals with current or past foster care involvement. My clients may be feeling overwhelmed, questioning their identity, or don't know where to start with therapy. I can support you by helping you notice patterns and build trust in your own process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is inquisitive, process-oriented, and grounded in collaboration with my clients. I invite creative exploration into the therapeutic process, while also acknowledging that art-making is never required. You set the pace, and I support you along the way. Treatment is focused on exploring personal identity, processing trauma, recognizing grief, and examining relational concerns.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will begin getting to know each other, review what brings you to therapy, review what therapy is and is not. We'll talk through your hopes, needs, and any questions you may have. You do not need to know exactly where to start. The first session is a space to move slowly, build comfort, and see how it feels to work together.
