Great to meet you!

Expect a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where their unique needs and experiences are respected. I prioritize open communication, shared decision-making, and a holistic view of mental health that goes beyond symptoms to understand the whole person.

I take a thoughtful, conservative approach to medication management and often work in partnership with therapists to ensure well-rounded care. I believe in building a strong therapeutic alliance, and I encourage active involvement from clients in shaping their treatment plans.

Whether you're new to mental health care or continuing your journey, I aim to create a space where you feel heard, empowered, and supported every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is comprehensive, patient-centered, and rooted in both traditional and holistic practices. I believe in treating the whole person—addressing mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health to support lasting wellness.

I take a conservative approach to psychopharmacology and strongly believe in collaborative care, working closely with primary psychotherapists to ensure a balanced and effective treatment plan. I also integrate complementary and alternative medicine, lifestyle modifications, exercise, nutrition, and stress management strategies into my practice.

I specialize in treating chronic mental illness, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use disorders across all age groups.

What you can expect from me

My aim is to respect your journey and create a secure environment where you feel comfortable expressing your needs and playing an integral role in your path towards healing.
