Great to meet you!

Painful experiences can continue to shape how you relate to others, experience emotions, and feel safe in the world—even long after the experience itself has ended. You may find yourself struggling with trauma, PTSD, childhood wounds, grief, rejection, discrimination, or patterns that feel difficult to understand or change. You don’t have to navigate these experiences alone, and healing is possible.

I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adults throughout New York through secure online sessions. I also offer therapy in German and Polish. My practice is LGBTQIA+-affirming, and I welcome adults from diverse backgrounds, including neurodivergent clients.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported—not judged or pressured to heal before you’re ready. Together, we’ll explore how your experiences have shaped your emotions, relationships, beliefs, and sense of self while building practical tools for feeling more grounded and empowered.

I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based, psychodynamic, CBT, and DBT approaches, drawing from each according to your goals and needs. Our work may focus on processing traumatic experiences, strengthening emotional regulation, understanding relationship patterns, healing childhood wounds, building self-confidence, or developing a greater sense of safety and connection.

My goal is not simply to help you cope, but to support you in creating meaningful, lasting change. At your own pace, we’ll work toward greater resilience, self-understanding, emotional well-being, and a deeper sense of peace and confidence in your life and relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling safe, understood, and respected. I meet each client where they are and tailor our work to their individual experiences, needs, and goals rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

I specialize in working with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, childhood wounds, grief, rejection, discrimination, relationship difficulties, and challenges with self-worth or emotional regulation. Together, we explore how past experiences may continue to influence your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of safety, while developing healthier and more empowering ways of responding in the present.

My work integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based, psychodynamic, CBT, and DBT approaches. Depending on your needs, therapy may involve processing difficult experiences, understanding protective patterns, strengthening emotional regulation, improving relationships, or developing greater self-compassion and confidence.

I provide trauma informed LGBTQIA+-affirming therapy and welcome adults from diverse backgrounds, including neurodivergent clients. I also offer therapy in German and Polish and provide online therapy throughout New York.

Above all, I want therapy to be a space where you can be yourself without judgment. We’ll work together at a pace that feels manageable, with the goal of helping you feel more grounded, connected, resilient, and confident in your life.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a therapy environment that feels safe, compassionate, collaborative, and free of judgment. I want you to feel comfortable bringing your full self into our work and confident that your experiences will be met with curiosity, respect, and understanding. I believe healing happens through a trusting therapeutic relationship, so I work at a pace that feels manageable for you while gently supporting meaningful growth and change.

Together, we’ll identify goals that are personal and realistic for you. Depending on your needs, therapy may focus on processing trauma and painful experiences, reducing anxiety and emotional distress, strengthening relationships, improving emotional regulation, developing healthier boundaries, and building self-compassion and confidence.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself and the experiences that have shaped you, while developing new ways of responding that feel more intentional and empowering. Over time, our work may help you feel safer in your body and relationships, less defined by past experiences, and more connected to your strengths and values.

Ultimately, I hope therapy helps you move toward greater emotional stability, resilience, self-trust, and a stronger sense of connection—to yourself, to others, and to the life you want to create.
