Great to meet you!

You are more than what has happened to you. I affirm that every session is a gift the client gives to themselves towards their self-care. I have over 15 years of experience working with diverse and underserved populations. I approach the work from a strengths-based focus that is accessible and allows the client to gain small insights over time. My areas of specialty include trauma/abuse, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, disordered eating and body image issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in a belief that therapy should be accessible and the burden of payment is not a major block in the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

The courage to express in words the complexities of the human condition are honored in a supportive, confidential, and warm therapeutic environment. My goal is to honor your journey so that you can create a better version of your life that is full and bright, leaving you more equipped to cope with the vicissitudes of life and understand yourself better.
