I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My clinical experience working in the hospital and outpatient clinic creates awareness that people with mental illness face a lot of challenges including stigma associated with mental illness which prevents some individuals to seek proper treatment. I have years of experience working with adults and seniors. I have worked with teenagers as well. I am aware of socio-cultural differences of patients and able to provide care that respects individual cultures. I specialize in assessment, diagnose, and treating Anxiety, Depression, mood dysregulation, PTSD, Schizoaffective disorder, and medication management.

During initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand and collaborate in creating a treatment plan in a way that helps individuals get their life back. Psychiatry sessions are rooted in empathy, and we ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all.
