In our first session, you can expect to be met with warmth, curiosity, and no judgment. We move at your pace, there is no pressure to share more than you feel ready to. I will take time to understand what brings you in, what matters to you, and what healing can look like for you. My approach is holistic and integrative. Depending on what feels right for you, I may invite you to notice how your body is experiencing the moment, or to connect with your breath and inner sense of knowing. I practice from a strengths-based, body-focused, and land-based lens, meaning I see you as a whole person — not just a set of symptoms. I honor the role of ancestry, spirituality, and community in healing. You do not have to leave any part of yourself at the door. By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to feel heard, to have a clearer sense of what we might work on together, and to leave with a sense of safety and possibility.
