Beatrice O. Stephens, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a board -certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 3 years of clinical experience providing telehealth care for adults and children. Dr. Stephens earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice and specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.

Dr. Stephens takes a collaborative, judgment-free approach to care. She combines evidence based medication management with supportive therapy, patient education and practical coping strategies. Every treatment plan is individualized and build around shared decision-making, so patients can understand the "WHY" behind each step. She also coordinates when needed to support the whole person.
