My practice primarily focuses on supporting adult and senior patients grappling with mood and personality disorders.

My journey includes more than 15 years in the psychiatric field, during which time I earned a post-master Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certificate from the University of Cincinnati. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, I ensure that language barriers never hinder communication, and having a better understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds.

I draw upon a blend of therapeutic modalities, integrating elements from Neuman's Systems Model to guide our work. This comprehensive approach empowers us to address the symptoms and underlying causes of distress, fostering resilience and promoting personal growth.

My ultimate goal is to support you on your mental and emotional well-being journey, empowering you to live a more fulfilling and balanced life. Together, we'll navigate the challenges and celebrate the victories every step of the way.
