Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I earned my Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University and have experience supporting individuals through a wide range of personal and emotional challenges. Many of the people I work with want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may no longer be serving them. I enjoy helping clients explore the “why” behind their thoughts, behaviors, and experiences so they can create meaningful change and build lives that feel more authentic and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity. I believe therapy is an active process where we work together to better understand the thoughts, behaviors, relationships, and experiences that may be shaping your current challenges. While insight is an important part of the work, I also believe in taking action and identifying practical ways to create meaningful change. I’ll support you, challenge you when needed, and help you look at things from new perspectives within a space that feels safe, honest, and human.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, what you’d like support with, and what you hope might be different moving forward. It’s also an opportunity for you to learn more about my approach and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together. By the end of the session, my hope is that you feel heard, have a clearer sense of where we might begin, and feel more confident about the next steps.
