My approach is warm and relational, and I welcome any tools that resonate with you as you share your story with me (books, podcasts, songs, memes, astrology, etc). We are co-creating this space of safety and radical healing; I encourage you to bring your authentic self.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer a free 15-minute intro call to get a sense of what your goals are for therapy. In the first few sessions, we will work collaboratively to map out how to explore the places where you're feeling stuck in your life and in your relationships.
