Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. My background spans non-profit, residential, group-home, outpatient, and private practice settings, giving me a well-rounded perspective on mental health care. I hold a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Texas State University and a BA in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.

My approach to therapy

As your therapist, my role is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore your story. Together, we’ll uncover the roots of what’s holding you back—whether it’s fear, trauma, or patterns that no longer serve you. Therapy is a space for healing, growth, and discovering how to live a more authentic, fulfilling life. You are strong, resilient, and deeply worthy of that journey.

What you can expect from me

I specialize in treating anxiety, OCD, PTSD, depression, trauma, and attachment wounds. Drawing from evidence-based approaches like ACT, ERP, and EMDR, I tailor treatment to meet your unique needs and support meaningful progress. At the heart of my work is a focus on building trust, empowering you to clarify your needs, set achievable goals, and create a path toward lasting growth and healing.
