Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who believes healing happens when you don’t have to hold everything by yourself anymore. I’ve spent over 20 years supporting people through times when life feels confusing, overwhelming, or heavy.

My work is gentle and steady. I help people slow down, reconnect to themselves, and make sense of what they’re feeling in a way that feels safe. I currently work with adults through telehealth, which often allows people to show up a little more honestly—curled up with a blanket, coffee in hand, and no pressure to perform.

You don’t have to come to therapy already knowing what you need.

We’ll figure it out together, at a pace that feels right for you.

I also provide LISW-S clinical supervision in a small-group format. If you are seeking supervision, feel free to message me through the portal to join the interest list.

My approach to therapy

I'm known for my ability to help clients feel seen, understood, and safe enough to go deeper. I bring a calm, steady presence and a balance of insight and practicality-- Helping you connect the dots between past experiences and present patterns while also learning real tools for change. My background includes years of working with people experiencing family issues, anxiety, stress, overwhelm, and depression, which taught me how resilient people truly are when they feel supported and believed in. I blend that experience with a down-to-earth, authentic approach that helps clients make meaningful progress without feeling rushed or judged.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is simply to get to know you-- Not just the challenges that brought you here, but the person behind them. We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what's worked or hasn't in the past, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I'll ask some guiding questions, but there's no pressure to share more than you're ready for. You can expect a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can exhale, reflect, and start feeling heard. By the end of our session, we'll have a plan for next steps and a sense of direction that feels doable and true to you.

I connect best with people who are used to being the strong ones-- the helpers, caregivers, and deep thinkers-- but are finally ready to make space for themselves. Many of my clients are learning how to set boundaries, quiet self-criticism, and reconnect with who they really are. I bring calm, humor, and compassion to the process, so you can feel supported as you learn to live in a way that feels more peaceful and true to you.
