Great to meet you!

As an undergraduate art therapy student, I worked with kids experiencing grief and loss. In graduate school and my first job as an art therapist, I worked at an eating disorder treatment center. While there, I developed a deeper interest in the prevalence of trauma and identity-related concerns. Since then I've worked in outpatient practices, serving mostly queer and neurodivergent adults who are navigating personal barriers to living their most authentic life (be that trauma, attachment&relationship wounds, anxiety, and more). My hope is that I can help people get to a place where they truly feel at home in themselves and safe to take up space in their world.

My approach to therapy

I do my best to model authenticity, imperfection, and self-compassion... because I don't expect myself to be a perfect therapist, just a human one. I show up with warmth, curiosity, and playfulness. I use my expertise as a Board-Certified Art Therapist to provide creative approaches for exploring your inner world and the content you bring to sessions.

What you can expect from me

I'll ask questions without pushing, though you can count on me to gently challenge you when it serves your growth. I'll walk with you through the depths of your pain while offering grounding and an open heart. I'll cheer you on as you forge new pathways and celebrate your successes alongside you. I genuinely believe in and have hope for my clients -- even if you don't. With me as your therapist you can bet that at least one person is in your corner.
