Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come to me feeling lost or disconnected from themselves. I frequently see queer and neurodivergent adults who are working through barriers to living their most authentic life - be that trauma, attachment & relationship wounds, anxiety, and more. It's a profound honor and passion to help my clients learn to trust their own thoughts and feelings, take up more space in their world, and truly feel at home in themselves.

My approach to therapy

I use my expertise as a Board-Certified Art Therapist to provide creative approaches for exploring your inner world and the content you bring to sessions. I typically combine this modality with methods and theories from IFS/parts work, somatic, narrative, and humanistic therapies. With a client-centered approach, I adapt to your present-moment needs -- providing intuitive and informed reflection, guidance or direction.

What you can expect from me

I genuinely believe in and have hope for my clients -- even if you don't. With me as your therapist you can bet that at least one person is in your corner.
