Great to meet you!

Welcome, I'm glad you're here.

I’m Bechael S. Harris, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 27 years of nursing experience. I provide care for adults and older adults navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other mental health concerns. My practice blends compassion, evidence-based treatment, and a commitment to helping each person feel heard, valued, and supported.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health care should be individualized and judgment-free. Each person’s journey is unique, so I work alongside you to create a plan that fits your goals and needs—whether that involves medication management, therapy, or a combination of both. My goal is to build a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, respect, and collaboration.

What you can expect from me

Our initial visit will be a chance for you to share your story at your own pace. We’ll explore your history, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve. From there, we’ll develop a personalized care plan together. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable being open, while also empowering you with the tools and resources you need to move forward.
