Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a clinical mental health counselor with a Master's degree and three years of experience, dedicated to creating a supportive and understanding space for your therapeutic journey. My core belief is that healing happens through authentic connection, and I approach every client with compassion, respect, and a commitment to your well-being. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, meaning our work together will be built on a foundation of genuine connection, empathy, and a deep understanding of your unique journey.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting clients facing a range of challenges, including gender identity exploration, the lingering effects of trauma, anxiety, and ADHD. My toolbox includes highly effective modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which can be particularly powerful in processing traumatic memories and reducing their impact. Whether you're struggling with persistent worry, difficulty focusing, or the weight of past experiences, I'm here to provide a safe and affirming space for healing and growth. I also proudly serve and advocate for individuals within the LGBTQ+ community. Let's work together to unlock your inner resources and build a path toward a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other. I’ll ask some foundational questions about why you’re seeking support, your past experiences with therapy, and what you want to see changed during our time together. Most importantly, we’ll work together to pinpoint 2 or 3 key goals, which will form the foundation of a personalized care plan tailored specifically to what you need right now to begin feeling better.
