Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Becky!

I’ve been a licensed therapist since 2008, and I really enjoy working with kids, teens, young adults, and the parents raising them. I love helping families find more balance in their lives and supporting people through whatever challenges they’re facing.

In my work, I use a mix of solution focus therapy, mindfulness, grounding techniques, and narrative strategies. That’s just a fancy way of saying – I asked curious, thoughtful questions to help you better understand yourself and what’s going on, so we can figure out some real life tools and strategies that actually work for you.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I get that. But a lot of my clients find that they don’t need to be in therapy forever to see real progress. Each session is a chance to build skills, grow confidence, and move forward at your own pace. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, empowered to make the changes you want.

Some of the areas I work with include:

Anxiety, depression, life, transitions, stress, family, dynamics, suicidal thoughts, self harm, anger, general identity, LGBTQIA+ support, relationships, ADHD, autism, spectrum support, developmental disabilities, and grief/bereavement.

I’m currently offering virtual sessions at various times a day that would work with your schedule. If you’re ready to get started, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in curiosity and connection. I believe that the words we use often carry deeper meaning, so I gently invite clients to slow down and explore the language they used to describe themselves and their experiences. Through thoughtful, processing questions, I help clients uncover the underlying beliefs and stories. Together, we examine these narratives – not to judge them, but to understand them – and then work collaboratively to reshape them in ways that feel healthier, more authentic, and aligned with who there are becoming.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, you can expect a supportive and down to earth space where we focus on practical tools and real progress. I’ll ask curious, thoughtful questions to help you better understand yourself, build new coping strategies, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges. My goal is to help you walk away from each session with something useful – whether it’s a new perspective, a calming skill, or step forward you feel good about
