Great to meet you!

Now OPEN: in-person TUESDAYS 3:30, 4:30, 5:30 and WEDNESDAYS @4and tele-health MONDAYS various hours, THURSDAYS and FRIDAYS at 12 and 1 (MT).

I enjoy working with clients ages 16+, but most of my clients are in their late 20's. My clients come from a variety of backgrounds and careers such as educators, engineers, nurses, students, stay at home parents and those between careers.

I was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH and hold a Master degree from Xavier University. You can expect a safe and comfortable environment as we dialogue to help you sort through emotions. We may delve into your past but we won't dwell there because your energy is needed in the present moment as you look within yourself to find peace and the power to be your true self.

PLEASE NOTE: I am licensed in CO/FL/TX but accept insurance only in CO/FL/TX. Self pay option is available at $95 for in person sessions and $60 for tele-health.

My approach to therapy

I utilize many different techniques and try to find the right technique for each client. I find more success with clients when our sessions resemble a dialogue because it makes them feel comfortable and when we are comfortable we are more open to change.

What you can expect from me

I am a "come as you are" type of person: some days you will find me dressed up and other days you will find me fresh off of self care complete with messy hair and a sweaty outfit. The first few sessions will be getting to know each other. I like to work on building self esteem and creating the person you ultimately want to be. I will give you "homework" to work on outside of our sessions because that is where real change happens. I am just the facilitator of change, you do the real work :)
