Great to meet you!

Are you feeling hopeless, stuck, fearful, or uncomfortable in your skin or in your relationships? We all know that pain in life is unavoidable, but I would love to help you carry that burden while we work towards solutions. Operating as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Utah with three years of professional experience, I consider it a profound privilege to support youth, adults, and families through their most difficult moments. My practice is dedicated to helping people navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, family dynamics, and trauma. I believe you are the expert in your own life and will bring my therapy expertise to collaboratively find the relief and balance you seek. If you are not sure where to start, worried about being judged, or just not sure about therapy in general, please reach out.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe that each individual brings a unique set of strengths, experiences, and challenges to the therapeutic process. Because there is no magic wand that works for everyone, my goal is to work with you to find what works best for you. I work to understand the whole person—mind, body, and environment—by specializing in and integrating evidence-based therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, and trauma-focused methods to support the healing process. In every session, you will be met with kindness, unconditional positive regard, and a sprinkle of humor. You will do some hard work, but you will not be doing it alone. Therapy with me is more than just talking through problems; it is about growth. The aim is to help you learn strategies to cope with stress, manage emotions, and break unhealthy patterns so you can heal and thrive, not just survive.

What you can expect from me

From our initial consultation, I aim to create a space where you will not be judged but will be unconditionally supported as we navigate through your concerns and fears. You can expect:

  • A Safe, Supportive Environment: You’ll always feel comfortable, safe, and respected in our sessions. I create an atmosphere where vulnerability is encouraged, and you can explore your emotions without fear of judgment.
  • Personal Growth & Healing: Therapy with me is more than just talking through problems; it’s about growth. You’ll learn strategies to cope with stress, manage emotions, and break unhealthy patterns. The aim is to help you heal and thrive, not just survive.
  • Practical Tools & Skills: Whether you’re working on communication in a relationship or dealing with overwhelming grief, I provide practical tools to use outside of sessions. These include mindfulness exercises, communication strategies, and ways to challenge negative thoughts or behaviors.
  • Clarity & Empowerment: You can expect to leave each session with greater clarity about yourself and your relationships. Our work together will give you the confidence to make informed decisions and take empowered steps toward the life you want to create.
