Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I understand that life can sometimes feel overwhelming—like you’re carrying an invisible weight while trying to keep up with everything around you. Many of the people I work with feel stuck, exhausted, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. Depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship struggles can leave you feeling isolated and questioning yourself or your future. In therapy,

I provide a supportive and accepting space where you don’t have to navigate those experiences alone. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotions that may be shaping your life outside of your awareness, while building insight, self-compassion, and practical tools for change. With deep respect for your lived experience, together we will find ways to help you challenge unhelpful ways of thinking and reconnect with what brings meaning and confidence to your life. Healing begins with understanding yourself more fully, and I believe lasting change is possible.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and understanding. I believe that the parts of you that may feel self-defeating, stuck, reactive, or disconnected are not “bad” parts—they often developed as ways to cope, protect yourself, or survive difficult experiences. Many clients come to therapy carrying a deep sense of not belonging, feeling misunderstood, or believing something is inherently wrong with them. Together, we work to gently explore those experiences and the patterns that have shaped how you relate to yourself and others.

I strive to create a supportive and collaborative space where you can feel seen without judgment. Through insight, reflection, and practical tools, we begin to understand the underlying emotions and beliefs driving painful cycles, while building greater self-compassion and confidence. My goal is to help you move away from merely surviving and toward feeling more connected, grounded, and authentic in your life and relationships. Healing is not about forcing yourself to become someone different—it is about understanding yourself more fully and learning new ways to care for the parts of you that have been hurting.

What you can expect from me

An intake session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another in an open and understanding space. During this first meeting, we will explore what has brought you to therapy, the challenges you may be facing, and the goals and needs that are most important to you. It is also a chance for me to better understand your experiences, strengths, and hopes for healing, while giving you the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of my therapeutic style. Together, we can begin building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, understanding, and support as you move toward healing and growth.
