Great to meet you!

I am a fully licensed therapist (LCSW) specialized in supporting adults (18+) navigating the exhausting loops of anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, major life transitions, and burnout. My goal is to make therapy feel less like a clinical interrogation and more like a warm, supportive conversation with someone who is entirely on your team (and who will never suggest a juice cleanse or judge your late-night doom-scrolling).

I came to the field of mental health later in life, after a long career in corporate settings. What does that mean for you? It means I bring deep, real-world experience from the front lines of high-stress careers, parenting, marriage, and life’s unexpected "plot twists".

My approach to therapy

If you are dealing with anxiety or OCD, you already know that just talking about it rarely stops the cycle. My practice is built on a trauma-informed, evidence-based foundation, blending practical, action-oriented strategies with genuine self-compassion.

A Specialized Resource for Parents: SPACE Treatment

In addition to individual therapy, I am specifically trained in and offer SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions). If you are a parent watching your child or teen struggle with severe anxiety or OCD, you know how heartbreaking—and disruptive—it can be for the whole family. SPACE is a revolutionary, evidence-based program that focuses entirely on treating childhood anxiety and OCD by working directly with the parents. You will learn practical tools to systematically reduce family accommodation while building a powerful, supportive environment that helps your child overcome their fears.

Whether we are working together on your personal anxiety or utilizing SPACE to shift the dynamics in your home, we will move at a sustainable pace that empowers you to take charge of your own healing.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a down-to-earth, collaborative space where you can show up messy, tired, or unsure. We will gently explore the "why" behind your stress patterns, but we will always pair that insight with concrete, bite-sized strategies you can actually use in real life. There will be room for tears when they matter, laughter when it helps, and absolute clarity on how to move forward so you can finally stop surviving and start thriving. I believe that every therapist is unique, as our individual personalities inevitably enter the room and shape the experience. Because of this, finding a provider you truly feel comfortable with is just as (if not more) important than the specific type of therapy being used. This is why our first session is dedicated to getting to know one another to ensure you can determine if I will be the right fit for your journey, prioritizing a safe connection.
