Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. Choosing a therapist is an important step, and I’m honored you’re considering working with me. I see therapy as a collaborative, supportive space where you can feel safe, understood, and free to be yourself.

I have over 15 years of experience and hold a Master’s degree in Counseling & Development from Texas Woman’s University. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), School Counselor, and National Board Certified Counselor. My goal is to help you feel grounded, heard, and empowered as you navigate life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. My practice is deeply integrative, meaning I draw from various evidence-based methods—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing—to tailor our sessions to your specific needs. My goal is to ensure you feel seen, heard, and genuinely equipped with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Whether we are working through a specific transition or long-term growth, your unique story dictates our path forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about your story. My primary goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely comfortable, heard, and respected. You’ll find that I am warm, inviting, and approach every conversation with a non-judgmental and open mind. Starting therapy can be intimidating, so I want you to walk away from our first meeting feeling a little less nervous, a lot more hopeful, and confident that we can build a path forward together.
