Great to meet you!

Are you searching for meaning in life? Are your negative thoughts clouding your judgment? At some point in our lives, speaking with someone who can offer an unbiased perspective is beneficial.

I utilize psychotherapy methods to encourage clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. With an eastern and western approach, I encourage clients to look within. An eclectic approach is used, blending cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and mindfulness techniques. A holistic approach is employed by exploring and educating clients about the interconnectedness of the mind, spirit, and body. When people have hope and can learn to challenge and replace negative thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes, they are free to experience change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a conversation in a safe, supportive space that’s just for you. Each session is an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and focus on your well-being.

Therapy is not about having all the answers; it’s about creating a supportive relationship where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move forward.

What you can expect from me

Initially, we’ll discuss what brings you in and what you’d like to work on, at your pace.

During sessions, you’ll be able to express your thoughts and feelings openly without judgment. Together, we’ll explore patterns, challenges, and strengths.

Over time, therapy helps you gain clarity, build coping tools, and create lasting positive changes in your daily life.
