Great to meet you!

I believe that we are wired to love. We must love ourselves as we love others, and the key to love fully is learning how to love ourselves first.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. I believe people are more than the challenges they face, and I work to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, identify their strengths, and create meaningful change.

My primary therapeutic modality is Narrative Therapy, which helps clients examine the stories they tell about themselves and develop new, more empowering perspectives. I integrate additional evidence-based approaches based on each client's goals and presenting concerns, including cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and trauma-informed interventions.

For couples, I am trained in the Gottman Method and utilize research-based interventions to improve communication, rebuild trust, strengthen friendship, and help couples navigate conflict in healthy, productive ways. Whether I am working with individuals or couples, my goal is to provide practical tools, foster insight, and support lasting growth and healthier relationships.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where clients feel safe, heard, and respected. I believe meaningful change occurs when individuals feel empowered to be authentic and actively engaged in the therapeutic process.

Together, we establish goals that are meaningful, realistic, and tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Depending on the client's needs, therapy may focus on improving communication, strengthening relationships, processing trauma, developing healthier coping strategies, increasing emotional regulation, building self-worth, or creating lasting behavioral change. My goal is to equip clients with practical skills and greater self-awareness so they can continue to thrive long after therapy has ended.
