Hello, I am an adventurous woman who is excited to take on new challenges. My practice is dedicated to empowering women to embrace the uphill path and build the skills and resilience to achieve their dreams. I love helping women Defeat Anxiety/Depression and learn to manage ADHD, Relationships/Attachment issues, and heal Trauma.

I have a moderate approach mixing clinical knowledge of brain and body that blends well with holistic mindfulness and meditative principles. Special Trainings include: EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Certified Meditation Teacher, & New Mindfulness Eco Therapy certification is in progress.

In session, be prepared to laugh and cry. We will do both. We will face the demons head on and talk about the hard stuff. We will also make it safe to release the burdens you have been carrying for too long.
