Hi. My name is Becky. I have a master's degree in mental health counseling with a specialization in trauma. My undergraduate degree is in criminal science and psychology. My passion is helping others learn about themselves, finding their value and facilitating positive changes.
I believe the client is the authority in one's own life I enjoy getting to know the person strengths and utilizing those strength to facilitate change. I focus on the mind, body, and soul connection and overall wellbeing.
I would like to see my client build an intentional life with the skills and tools we utilize in session.
