Great to meet you!

I’m Bedelcia Franco, LMFT I am a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. My private practice specializes in supporting BIPOC communities through culturally responsive care. I provide therapy for those navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and perinatal mental health challenges, integrating approaches like CBT, DBT, CPT, and EMDR. Rooted in my identity as a first-generation Latina and daughter of immigrants, my work is guided by empathy, equity, and empowerment. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where clients can explore their experiences, embrace their resilience, and build lives that feel more authentic and fulfilling. My approach is always flexible and guided by what resonates best with you. As a certified Perinatal Mental Health professional (PMH-C), I provide support for parents navigating the ups and downs of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood.
