Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Beena. I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management. My background spans critical care environments, which means I've learned to stay calm and focused even in the most complex and high-stakes situations and I bring that same steady, grounded presence to every session. I am genuinely honored to be a part of your mental health journey, and I take that responsibility seriously.

My approach to therapy

Your first session will feel warm, welcoming, and completely judgment-free, a space where you can share openly and honestly. I'll conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation that covers your current concerns, mental health history, medical history, family history, and any medications you're currently taking, and I'll ask thoughtful questions to get a full picture of your well-being. I encourage you to come with questions of your own, because your voice is central to this process. By the time we wrap up, my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, and confident that you're in a supportive space dedicated entirely to your wellness.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you will feel safe to share openly. I will conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, which includes discussing your current concerns, mental health history, medical history, family history, and any medications you may currently be taking. This initial appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, establish trust, and begin building a care plan that is tailored specifically to you. I will ask thoughtful questions to gain a full picture of your well-being, and I encourage you to ask questions as well—your voice matters in this process. By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, and confident that you are in a safe and supportive space dedicated to your mental health and overall wellness.

If you're ready to take the next step, I'd love to support you. Reach out today to schedule your first appointment — it would be a privilege to be part of your journey toward better mental health.
