Great to meet you!

When anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or painful experiences begin affecting your confidence and emotional wellbeing, it can feel difficult to know how to move forward. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, identity concerns, and trauma. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, struggling in important relationships, or carrying experiences that continue to impact their daily lives. Whether you're working through the effects of trauma, navigating relationship challenges, exploring questions about identity, or simply feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can provide a supportive space for healing and growth. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your resilience, and create a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I believe lasting change begins with understanding the experiences and patterns that shape how we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma informed, creating a space where clients feel supported while developing practical tools for meaningful growth. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Strength Based Therapy, Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Family Based Treatment approaches, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) to support healing and lasting change. Together, we may explore anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, identity issues, grief, women's issues, PTSD, stress management, substance use concerns, anger management, and cultural identity experiences. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, build confidence, and create healthier patterns that support long term wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where you can openly explore challenges, process difficult experiences, and work toward goals that are meaningful to you. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, greater emotional awareness, increased confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity concerns, or relationship difficulties, my goal is to help you feel more empowered, resilient, and equipped to move forward with clarity, purpose, and hope.
