Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish), culturally informed LMFT with experience working with adults, couples, families, and adolescents across a wide range of mental health concerns. I earned my Psychology degree in Argentina and completed the clinical training, internship, and licensing requirements to practice as an LMFT in California. My background includes outpatient psychotherapy, telehealth, residential treatment with adolescents, parent education, and psychological evaluations for immigration-related cases.

As someone who has lived and worked across different cultures, I understand that our experiences, relationships, and cultural values can deeply shape how we see ourselves and navigate life. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and comfortable being themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I consider each client’s cultural background, language, family system, and individual experiences when developing treatment goals. I’m passionate about helping clients build healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and improve their emotional well-being through practical, individualized support.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, your history, and how you are currently functioning in different areas of your life. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, identify patterns, and develop an initial clinical understanding or diagnostic hypothesis when appropriate. This process is not about labeling or stigmatizing you—it is about understanding your needs and determining how therapy can best support you. We’ll also discuss your strengths, what is working well, areas that may be challenging, and what you would like to accomplish. Together, we’ll establish meaningful treatment goals and a plan that fits your needs.
