Great to meet you!

I have been in private practice for ten years as a professional counselor, and my rich background in counseling includes over twenty-three years as a school counselor in elementary through high school. I help people who feel stuck or overwhelmed, including kids, teens, and adults dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues. My approach is trauma-informed and tailored to each person. With children, I use play therapy to help them communicate and process their experiences. With teens and adults, we focus on understanding patterns, building coping skills, and working through challenges in a way that feels manageable. I aim to create a space that feels genuine and supportive so you can work through things at your own pace while helping you manage your emotions more effectively and navigate whatever has been getting in the way.

My approach to therapy

I work to address areas my clients feel are beneficial to successful outcomes for their mental health, using creative, life-affirming approaches. We'd work together to understand your experiences, clarify what changes you want, and move in that direction at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

I work very hard on establish my therapeutic relationship with my clients to ensure they feel comfortable and safe as I embark with them on their journey towards improved mental health.
