Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I have experience working in inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings, which allows me to support clients across a wide range of needs. My approach is collaborative and person-centered. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with evidence-based tools and compassionate guidance. I often integrate approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies, while also drawing from holistic practices like mindfulness, art, music, and spiritual integration when it aligns with your goals. In our work together, you can expect a safe and nonjudgmental space where we will build skills for managing emotions, navigating relationships, preventing relapse, and strengthening resilience. My heart is to help you not only stabilize in difficult moments but also move toward healing, independence, and hope so you can live a meaningful and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and person-centered, tailored to each client’s unique needs. I use psychoeducation to empower clients with understanding, alongside approaches like REBT, Schema Therapy, TF-CBT, mindfulness, and holistic care. I strive to create a space that feels both safe and collaborative—where deep work can happen, but with room for openness, authenticity, and even the right amount of humor. My goal is to help clients leave sessions with clarity, practical tools, and a renewed sense of resilience

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session with greater clarity, fresh perspective, and practical tools to navigate their challenges. My goal is to ‘zip up’ each session by addressing concerns, fostering insight, and offering strategies that build momentum, so clients feel a sense of direction, relief, and empowerment in both therapy and daily life.
