Great to meet you!
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a strong foundation in both medical and psychiatric care. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric mental health from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and have experience working across inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings.
My background includes caring for adolescents, adults, and older adults with a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, trauma-related conditions, and co-occurring substance use disorders. I have worked in acute inpatient units, dual-diagnosis settings, and outpatient psychotherapy environments, which allows me to approach treatment with a comprehensive and well-rounded perspective.
In my practice, I emphasize thoughtful psychiatric evaluation, evidence-based medication management, and patient education. I believe treatment works best when it is collaborative, individualized, and respectful of each person’s lived experience. I strive to create a calm, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable asking questions, expressing concerns, and actively participating in their care.
I value cultural humility and clear communication and am fluent in Haitian Creole. My goal is to support clients in achieving stability, insight, and improved quality of life while building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and mutual respect.
