When anxiety, ADHD, grief, or emotional challenges begin affecting your daily life or your family's wellbeing, it can feel overwhelming trying to find the right path forward. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, and child and adolescent mental health concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling frustrated by behavioral challenges, struggling with overwhelming emotions, navigating family stress, or trying to better understand themselves during difficult seasons of life.
