Great to meet you!

When anxiety, ADHD, grief, or emotional challenges begin affecting your daily life or your family's wellbeing, it can feel overwhelming trying to find the right path forward. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, and child and adolescent mental health concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling frustrated by behavioral challenges, struggling with overwhelming emotions, navigating family stress, or trying to better understand themselves during difficult seasons of life. Whether you're facing challenges at home, school, work, or in your relationships, therapy can provide a supportive space to gain clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change. My goal is to help clients and families better understand their experiences, strengthen their emotional wellbeing, and develop the skills needed to navigate life's challenges with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I believe lasting change happens when people feel understood, supported, and empowered to build on their strengths. My approach is warm, creative, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Humanistic Therapy, Family Systems concepts, and Play Therapy techniques when appropriate to support growth and healing. Together, we may explore anxiety, depression, ADHD symptoms, grief, trauma, PTSD, panic symptoms, anger management concerns, emotional regulation, family dynamics, and behavioral challenges. Therapy focuses on identifying patterns, developing practical coping skills, improving communication, and creating healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, compassionate, and judgment free environment where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where clients and families can openly explore challenges while building confidence and practical tools for everyday life. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping skills, stronger emotional regulation, improved communication, greater self awareness, and increased confidence in your ability to handle difficult situations. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, or family related concerns, my goal is to help you feel more resilient, connected, and equipped to move forward with clarity, balance, and hope.
