Hello, I am Belinda! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in families, couples, children, adolescents and young adults. I have over 16 years of experience as a counselor working in drug and alcohol and mental health. I have provided individual, group and family counseling working in inpatient and outpatient settings as well as partial programs. My approach to therapy depends on your needs. I am relational and strength based. I utilize CBT, DBT and mindfulness techniques. I help with depression, anxiety, trauma, infidelity, addiction, parenting and the list can go on. be.
