Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I specialize in helping both adolescents and adults safely unpack past hurts and current stressors while building practical, real-world tools that actually fit your daily life. I specialize in stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, and anger management. With over a decade of experience as a therapist, I have learned that one size definitely does not fit all!

My approach to therapy

Life can be messy, unpredictable, and tough. You don't have to leave your messy parts at the door. My approach is entirely client-centered and trauma-informed. No judgement and no stuffiness here! We go at a pace that is comfortable for you.

What you can expect from me

At our first session, you can expect to discuss what brings you to therapy and what goals you hope to accomplish. I hope to create and hold a space for you to freely express your thoughts and feelings.
