Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families including women's health and wellness, depression, anxiety, major life transitions, stress management, and grief/loss. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and have extensive experience working in the medical community. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. In addition, I am also a member of the NASW and the Academy of Certified Social Workers.

My approach to therapy

I like to utilize a trans-theoretical approach that is client centered, considers the individual person in their environment and may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused therapy and Emotion Focused therapy. It is my goal to provide a non-judgmental, nurturing environment, utilizing the strengths perspective to promote growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

I believe that mental, physical and spiritual health are intertwined and essential to insuring that all adults, children, and families realize their potential. I also believe in meeting the client where they are in these areas, and view therapy as a journey that is to be guided by mutually agreed upon goals.
