Great to meet you!

My honor to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life as weel as the best investment you will ever make for yourself. Taking the first step in seeking help can be one of the hardest things you can do, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for 20 years from ages 4- 85 with Anxiety, Depression, Coping Issues, and Bipolar.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence‐based practices. I focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your experiences without judgment. I draw from strengths‐based, solution‐focused, and cognitive‐behavioral techniques to help you understand patterns, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.

I believe therapy works best when we work as a team. I listen closely, help you identify goals that feel achievable, and support you in developing practical strategies that fit your life. Whether you’re navigating a crisis, managing ongoing stress, or working through deeper challenges, I aim to meet you where you are and empower you to move forward with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly about what brought you to therapy. I’ll spend time getting to know you, your concerns, your strengths, and what you hope to achieve. We’ll explore your history at a pace that feels comfortable, discuss any immediate needs, and identify what safety and stability look like for you.

I’ll also explain how I work, answer any questions you may have, and collaborate with you to outline goals that feel realistic and meaningful. My focus is on building trust, helping you feel heard, and making sure you leave the session with a clearer sense of direction and support.
