Anxiety and Depression

Great to meet you!

You do not have to walk around every day avoiding your triggers riddled with anxiety and or depression. Come on in and take a seat. Let us meet and see if we “click”. Past trauma, culture, relationships, and family are part of the many issues tied to anxiety and depression. We address what is going on present day and follow the string into your past to process the deep trauma in a safe, healing environment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Once healing begins, most of the time it is so quick, you don’t even realize the weight that is lifted. By confronting your past traumas, you realize there is life on the other side. Anxiety and depression can be managed and sporadic, instead of everyday. Utilizing skills such as mindfulness and meditation in conjunction with processing your trauma can be beneficial. You grow with space and boundaries that are affects of healing.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients have a place to process their heavy burdens. They can heal and manage their triggers and emotions with skills like mindfulness and boundaries.
