Great to meet you!

I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to have peace in their own mind. With a client-centered focus, my goal is to always be honest, compassionate, and enthusiastic. My aim is to motivate and encourage my clients to reach their full potential and help them thrive in their daily life.

As a Navy Veteran, I can relate to issues that may surface from time in the military such as separation from family, figuring out life after the military, navigating the workforce, etc.

What is your peace and mental stability worth to you?

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use Narrative and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to their relationships or family. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
