Great to meet you!

Life brings challenges that can influence how we see ourselves, our relationships, and our overall well-being. You don't have to navigate those experiences alone. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ clients who are exploring identity, processing trauma, and seeking greater self-understanding. My areas of focus include identity development, trauma-informed care, and ADHD assessment and diagnosis. I also enjoy helping individuals navigate neurodiversity within relationships and develop effective strategies for managing anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and mutual respect. Together, we'll identify your goals, explore the challenges you're facing, and develop practical strategies that support growth beyond our sessions. I strive to create a space that feels supportive, authentic, and engaging, and I often incorporate humor, pop culture, and relevant current events when they help deepen insight and make therapeutic concepts more accessible.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin identifying what matters most to you. We'll discuss the concerns that brought you to therapy, explore your goals, and start creating a plan that reflects your unique needs and strengths. By the end of the session, my hope is that you'll feel supported, have a clearer sense of direction, and understand how we can work together to help you move toward the life you want.
